Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Because we begin processing your order quickly to ensure fast delivery, cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be guaranteed.

To cancel your order, please email us at support@gilesluke.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

⚠️ If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may refer to our Refund & Returns Policy to initiate a return after delivery.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Yes, changes such as:

  • Switching sizes
  • Updating shipping address
  • Changing product design or color

As long as it’s within 12 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the item moves into production.

Every GilesLuke piece is made to order with precision and care. We begin crafting your item as soon as your order is placed. However, we typically allow a brief window of up to 12 hours for customers to make changes or cancel their order before production starts. Once production begins, cancellations or modifications are no longer guaranteed.
