Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Because we begin processing your order quickly to ensure fast delivery, cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be guaranteed.

To cancel your order, please email us at support@gilesluke.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

⚠️ If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may refer to our Refund & Returns Policy to initiate a return after delivery.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Yes, changes such as:

  • Switching sizes
  • Updating shipping address
  • Changing product design or color

are all possible within 12 hours of placing your order.

To request a change, please contact us at support@gilesluke.com immediately with your order details. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order moves into production.

Order Already Shipped?

Once your item has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes. However, you can:

  • Return the item once it arrives (see Returns Policy)
  • Place a new order with the correct details
Made-to-Order Products

Please note that many of our products are made-to-order. This means once production begins, it may not be possible to cancel or change your order. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.
